Firoz Rahman is the founder of LAAZ Chem and has extensive hands-on experience with paint processes and plant operations that includes powder paint application,E-Coat, Zinc plating, paint quality control, wastewater treatment and resource management.  After receiving his Masters degree for Chemical Engineering, Firoz worked for 25 years as a paint engineer, Operations Manager for various manufacturing companies and has learned in depth all the conditions for success regarding paint job processes.  His ability to know what the customer needs and spot paint process issues, Waster water treatment process will prove to be invaluable for optimizing paint process performance.
